Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high quality standards and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food production procedures
- Manage guest interactions by serving with professionalism and addressing any concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal food presentation
- Conduct staff training on service excellence, safety protocols, and culinary techniques
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all service areas
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Experience in food safety practices and adherence to health regulations
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving protocols, barista experience is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Solid understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
