Job Overview:
We are a seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner/ programme for 2 assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a nurturing approach towards children's development.
Duties:
- Support activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children to learn and play.
- Plan and implement stage-appropriate learning experiences that stimulate curiosity and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Manage daily routines and maintain accurate records of children's progress and well-being.
-Work alongside the wider sure start team including community midwife, antenatal support worker, speech and language therapist and family team.
Requirements:
A Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an Early Years Field.
A minimum of 2 years paid employment in an early years setting with 0-4 year olds
- A genuine drive to support children's learning and development.
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
