Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes accurately and efficiently.
- Use a variety of tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding to complete projects safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the project to ensure smooth application and flawless results.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating or related trades.
- Ability to operate driving vehicles for transportation between sites or materials supply.
- Strong communication skills in English to understand instructions and coordinate with team members.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques, surface preparation methods, and decorating styles.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various environments for extended periods.
- Valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
