We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising workload and working with little supervision.
You will need to be self motivated and work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to telephone enquiries and emails.
To process customer orders within SAP.
Submit purchase orders to suppliers via EDI, email or web shop.
Liaise with suppliers and warehouse.
Create quotations for resale, export and glassblowing customers.
To update data information within the SAP system.
To assist in Marketing administration tasks.
To assist in customer services queries.
Outbound Sales Calls.
Generate new customer leads.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualification Requirements:
English & Maths GCSE or equivalent C / 4+
Science GCSE or equivalent C / 4+ preferable but not essential.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator.
Office assistant or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, excel and word.
Requirements:
