What You'll Do

Daily Operations & Workflow Handling
- Help set up for the day and keep customer service operations running efficiently.
- Receive, review, and organize incoming customer requests, documentation, or account details as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up logs.
- Follow company quality, data protection, and operational standards across all workspace areas.
- Pitch in with administrative and service support tasks whenever needed.
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with your colleagues to hit daily service level targets and team response goals.
- Jump in to support team members across different tasks during peak operational hours.
- Attend regular shift briefings, team catch-ups, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Share practical ideas with team leads on how we can improve our daily customer service processes.
