Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their requirements
- Provide product recommendations and advice based on customer preferences
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised shopping environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell products to enhance the shopping experience
Skills
- Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish
- Strong time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Organisational skills to manage shopping tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 40 weeks
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
