Socal is a long-established family-run business, operating the Socal BBQ Shop and BBQ Cookery School from its warehouse and retail premises in Southampton.
We supply one of the largest ranges of outdoor cooking equipment in the country, alongside an extensive selection of cooking accessories, outdoor dining products and lifestyle goods. Socal also boasts an impressive range of Texan-style clothing and apparel, making us a unique destination for barbecue and outdoor living enthusiasts.
We are looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals to join the retail team at our Southampton store.
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are recruiting for full and part-time positions offering flexible hours, with part-time shifts covering 2–3 days per week, including Saturdays.
Ideal candidates will be excellent team players with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will play an important role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring our customers receive a great experience every time they visit our store.
