Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Patrol Supervisor to oversee security operations across designated sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patrol teams, ensuring the safety and security of premises, and maintaining high standards of surveillance and loss prevention. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of security guards across multiple sites, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Work alongside Operations Manager to allocate shifts and resources to ensure optimal coverage and efficient operation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement development plans for team members.
- Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on job responsibilities
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience in security supervision or a related field
- Proficiency in first aid procedures
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, including administering first aid when necessary
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
- Leadership qualities to supervise and motivate team members
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting incidents clearly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
