Overview
We are seeking a passionate Retail Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our diverse clientele.
Working with the team, you will be the face of the store using your expertise to provide an exceptional, professional shopping experience to our customers.
This role is working predominately in our Inverness premises, and is part time covering various days throughout the week including weekends, plus relief hours as required.
We are at a crucial point in our retail operations with ambitious growth plans and we need passionate retail and sales people to support with this.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organised store environment
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.45 per hour
