Are you an experienced Event Project Manager who loves turning complex briefs into brilliantly delivered experiences?
We’re working with an established London events agency looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team.
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of corporate events across the UK and internationally, including conferences, leadership meetings, incentive programmes, employee events and special celebrations.
This is an end-to-end role offering responsibility from the initial client brief and planning stages through to onsite delivery and post-event reconciliation.
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing live, virtual and hybrid events from initial brief through to completion
- Building detailed project plans, timelines and critical paths
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders
- Researching destinations and sourcing suitable venues
- Managing travel, accommodation, delegate and event logistics
- Briefing, negotiating with and managing third-party suppliers
- Creating, managing and reconciling event budgets
- Coordinating internal, creative, production and logistical workstreams
- Identifying risks and developing effective contingency plans
- Leading teams and suppliers during onsite delivery in the UK and abroad
- Conducting post-event reviews and identifying improvements for future events
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong project management experience gained within an events agency
- Experience delivering corporate conferences, meetings or incentive programmes
- A proven ability to manage events from brief through to onsite delivery
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing venues, suppliers, logistics and budgets
- Strong commercial awareness and close attention to detail
- The ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Availability to travel within the UK and internationally as required
