Job Summary

Duties
- Provide attentive and engaging childcare, including supervising activities and ensuring safety at all times
- Manage household chores such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and organizing household supplies to maintain a tidy living space
- Coordinate schedules for children’s appointments, extracurricular activities, and playdates with effective time management
- Communicate clearly with family members regarding daily routines, special requests, or concerns to ensure seamless household operation
- Demonstrate leadership by supervising other household staff or service providers as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a warm, welcoming environment for family members and visitors
Experience
- Proven experience in childcare or household management within a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, Lithuanian and/or Portuguese to interact effectively with family members and service providers
- Previous management or leadership experience is preferred to oversee household operations smoothly
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure the home remains comfortable and inviting

Pay: £13.47-£21.52 per hour
