Teaching Assistants & Senior Teaching Assistants – SEN & SEMH Schools

Pay: £92.50 – £130 per day (depending on experience)
Type: Full-Time | Term Time Only
We are looking for Teaching Assistants and Senior Teaching Assistants to join SEN & SEMH schools in Dorking.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties within specialist education settings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students in class, 1:1, and in small groups
- Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence
- Supporting behaviour, emotional regulation, and communication
- Helping create a safe and positive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet student needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for SEN & SEMH education
- A proactive and positive attitude
