About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will design and deliver a varied programme of engaging activities that promote wellbeing, social interaction, and enjoyment for our residents/clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and lead a diverse activities programme tailored to individual interests and abilities
- Encourage participation and support individuals to engage confidently
- Coordinate special events, themed days, outings, and entertainment
- Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and external providers
- Maintain activity records and risk assessments
- Manage activity supplies and stay within budget
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role (healthcare, community, education, or events preferred)
- Creative, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Health & Social Care, Activity Provision) desirable but not essential

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
