Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans based on participants' abilities and goals
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Teach swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, skills.
take parent and child classes
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback for improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a swim instructor.
-Parent and child qualification.
- Swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages, including children
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for working with students
