Pay: £17.00 per hour (equivalent to £35,360 per annum based on a 40-hour working week)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general property maintenance and repair works.
- Undertaking a range of trade tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and general building work.
- Completing both reactive maintenance works and planned project work to a high standard across a variety of sites.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally.
- Maintaining excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled operative or in a similar role.
- Competence across multiple trades.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
