About the role
Balfour Beatty’s Power Transmission & Distribution team is looking for a Project Administrator to join our team supporting the EGL2 project in Market Weighton, YO43 4NQ. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project, providing essential administrative and coordination support over a four-year period as we deliver critical work for the UK’s energy network.
What you'll be doing
- Managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering enquiries, taking messages, and handling incoming deliveries.
- Booking conference and meeting rooms, both internally and externally.
- Ordering stationery, office supplies, and general consumables.
- Raising office requisitions and processing purchase requests.
- Preparing, formatting, and processing reports or documentation to support project compliance.
- Providing general administrative support such as minute‑taking, typing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assisting the Office Manager with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
- Carrying out any other administrative duties needed across the project.
