County Foods Ltd is a successful and growing supplier of fresh meat, poultry, delicatessen products, frozen foods, and dry goods to the catering industry across the South of England. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Poultry Cutter to join our Production Team on a night shift basis at our Poole facility.

The Role
As a Poultry Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing poultry products to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.
Working within our busy production department, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently for next-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, boning, trimming, and preparing poultry products to specification
- Ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards
- Working efficiently to fulfil daily production targets
- Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Following all food safety and health & safety procedures
- Accurately labelling and packing products as required
- Supporting colleagues within the production team to ensure customer orders are completed on time
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in poultry cutting, meat preparation, or food production
- Be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong understanding of food hygiene and food safety requirements
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in producing high-quality products
While previous poultry-cutting experience is preferred, candidates with transferable skills from meat processing or food production environments are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
10:00pm to 7:00am
- 5 or 6 nights per week available
- For 5-night contracts, Saturday night off plus one allocated night off during the week.
- Opportunities for additional hours may be available
£28,600 pa (5 Nights) or £34,320 pa (6 Nights)
