Job Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our Hotel, Wedding, and Restaurant venue. If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're welcoming hotel guests, serving at weddings and events, or providing excellent restaurant service, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, Serving food and drinks efficiently.
- Assist with weddings, private events, and conferences, ensuring smooth service throughout.
- Prepare event rooms before functions and reset them afterwards.
- Handle guest enquiries professionally.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation across all front of house areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and management teams.
- Follow food hygiene, licensing, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Flexibility to support weddings, events, and busy service periods.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
