Self-Employed Multitrader
Location: Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich & Woodbridge (with occasional travel to surrounding areas)

About the Role
ACS Property Solutions is looking for an experienced and reliable Multitrader to join our growing team. The majority of our work involves residential property renovations, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of trades.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, self-motivated contractor who enjoys varied work and has a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
You should be confident in carrying out most, if not all, of the following:
- Bathroom installations
- Kitchen installations
- Wall and floor tiling
- Plumbing
- Basic plastering repair
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring installation
- General property renovation and maintenance
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience across multiple trades.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Your own transport.
- Public liability insurance.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to your work.
- High standards of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and professionally within occupied residential properties.
As this role involves working in customers' homes, a DBS check will be required before work commences.
Areas Covered
The majority of work is based in:
- Chelmsford
- Colchester
- Ipswich
- Woodbridge
There may also be occasional work further afield, depending on project requirements.
