We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lash and Brow Artist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will bring your passion for beauty and aesthetics to life by providing expert eyebrow shaping, tinting, and brow lamination services, along with a variety of other beauty treatments.
Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel confident, pampered, and inspired.
Duties
- Perform professional eyebrow shaping techniques including waxing, threading, tinting, and lamination to enhance natural beauty
- Deliver comprehensive beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions
- Conduct body waxing procedures with precision and attention to sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Stay current on industry trends and new techniques in esthetic laser treatments, nail care, hair threading, and other beauty services to continuously elevate your expertise
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology practices including body waxing, lash enhancements and brow shaping/laminating services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their unique beauty goals
- Technical proficiency in eyelash extensions, brow services and body waxing.
- Excellent sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to ensure client safety at all times.
- Manage social media and must have clientele base ready, whilst building new clients within the area.
