Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting landscape maintenance, construction projects, and general site upkeep. Your energetic approach and hands-on skills will help ensure the smooth operation of various outdoor and indoor tasks, contributing to the overall success of our projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, machinery operation, and site maintenance while working in a collaborative environment. Must have own PPE and transport. Experience working with bricklayers an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support construction projects by loading/unloading materials, preparing work sites, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris, organizing materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid cscs
