The Role
As part of our Front of House team, you will be the friendly face of our new venue. You’ll play a key part in shaping our reputation for great service and guest satisfaction. Whether it’s greeting guests, serving food and drinks, or keeping the space looking its best, your focus will always be on making every visit a special one.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and showing them to their table
- Taking orders accurately and communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams
- Serving food and drinks efficiently, professionally, and with care and attention
- Checking in regularly to ensure guests are comfortable, happy, and have everything they need
- Handling payments, enquiries, and any requests politely and confidently
- Keeping dining areas, tables, and service stations clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Working closely with the whole team to create a positive, energetic, and supportive atmosphere
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene standards to keep everyone safe

✅ Great communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking to guests and colleagues

✅ Team player: Happy to pitch in wherever needed and support your colleagues
✅ Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus — not required — full training will be provided
✅ Right to work: You must hold valid permission to work in the UK
