Composite Trimmer/Fitter Trainee (Nightshift)
3DCM Ltd is a rapidly growing business, thriving in a busy composite industry. Working predominantly in the fast-paced motorsport sector, 3DCM is in a position to further expand and welcomes applicants for the role of Composite Trimmer/Fitter Trainee (Nightshift).
Under the guidance and tuition of an experienced member of the team, the successful candidate will be learning the trimming, sanding, bonding and finishing of high-end carbon fibre components to extremely tight tolerances. All PPE and basic starter tools will be provided by 3DCM.
Ideally we are looking for someone who already has experience with using Power/Air tools and the ability to work with their hands.
Being familiar with engineering drawings would be an advantage. This position could suit someone looking for a change of industry.

Working Hours 1800-0600 Monday-Thursday. Overtime paid time + half.
Due to our location, there is a lack of public services and footpaths. You will need your own means of transport (motor vehicle/motorcycle)
We are situated in Lavant, a few miles north of Chichester, West Sussex. Public transport is limited.
