To lead and oversee the operations, development, and strategic direction of student accommodation services, ensuring high standards of service delivery, financial performance, and team leadership. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across accommodation, facilities, and support services to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, business goals, and KPIs aligned with the company’s vision and student needs.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet revenue and cost objectives.
- Collaborate with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of staff.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students, universities, and external partners to enhance service delivery and reputation.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management and company directors.
- Respond to student feedback, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism and care.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership or management role, ideally within student accommodation, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong understanding of operational functions including finance, HR, compliance, and customer service.
- Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software (e.g., property management systems, CRM platforms).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead with empathy and resilience.
