Bathshack is looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Dispatch Administrator to join our well established warehouse and distribution team. You'll play a key role in making sure customer orders are processed accurately and deliveries go out on time - keeping our transport operation running smoothly every day.
What you'll be doing
- Scheduling and supporting the daily dispatch of deliveries, and preparing delivery notes, manifests, and transport paperwork.
- Keeping our vehicle records up to date - servicing, MOTs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Reviewing customer orders for accuracy and keeping our systems current.
- Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers with delivery or order queries.
- Producing daily and weekly reports and keeping dispatch records well organised.
A bit about you
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Great organisational and time management skills, with real attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Able to juggle a few things at once and stay on top of deadlines.
It would be great if you have
- Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or transport environment.
- Familiarity with transport documentation and delivery processes.
- Experience with warehouse, transport, or ERP systems.
