We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our friendly team at The Bull Inn, Linton, a beautiful rural village pub and restaurant in Linton, near Maidstone.

The Role
As we role into spring we add to our team. As Chef de Partie, you will work alongside our established and experienced Kitchen Manager and Head Chef, contributing to dishes we are proud to serve in a fast-paced fresh food kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your section
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Food preparation and stock rotation
- Receiving and organising deliveries
- Assisting during busy service periods
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- End-of-service kitchen clean down
There is genuine opportunity to contribute creatively, with scope to influence menus and develop daily specials.

- Experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen
- Able to manage your own section confidently while supporting the wider team
- Passionate about food quality and presentation
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive, proactive attitude
We are also open to considering candidates with slightly less experience who demonstrate strong potential, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to develop their skills further. This position includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so flexibility is essential.
