What You Will DoAs a vital part of our kitchen function, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Operating the commercial dishwasher and keeping the pot wash area organized.
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and essential kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen, floors, and storage areas.
- Safely managing food waste, recycling, and emptying bins.
- Helping to check, rotate, and put away incoming food and stock deliveries.
- Assisting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Adhering strictly to food hygiene, COSHH, and Health & Safety regulations.
