myGP Clinic is a private GP company with clinics in Wilmslow, Stretton and Antrobus, and plans to open more across the North West. Excellent clinical care is why members join us; our Concierge team is a big part of why they stay. This isn't reception and it isn't a call centre: no scripts, no ticket-closing targets. You'll be the named point of contact for our members, booking appointments, chasing results, solving problems on the spot, with real authority to fix things first time.
What the job actually looks like:
You'll know our members as individuals and they'll know you. When someone calls anxious about a result, needs an appointment moved at short notice, or has had a frustrating experience, you own it end to end, no transfers, no "someone will call you back". You'll be part of a supportive team of motivated people, working alongside our GPs and clinical team in a modern, innovative setting.
You might be right for this if:
You've looked after people with high expectations, in a hotel, restaurant, airline, salon, retail or a clinic, and loved it. You read people well, stay warm under pressure, and can juggle several things at once without letting any of them drop. You take pride in fixing things properly and following through. Healthcare experience is genuinely not required; we train all systems and medical knowledge on the job.
What you get:
£28,000–£30,000 depending on experience, ongoing coaching (not monitoring), and genuine room to grow with us as we expand across the North West. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, roughly one Saturday morning a month, 22 days holiday plus your birthday off, free GP care for you, and a health & wellbeing programme.
