Responsibilities
- Coordinate land acquisition activities by liaising with landowners, legal teams, and government agencies to secure necessary permissions and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and project partners, fostering trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to communicate project progress and stakeholder feedback effectively.
- Utilize GIS software like ArcGIS to analyze land data, assess site conditions, and support decision-making processes.
- Support project management activities by tracking milestones, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Gather data, verify land conditions, and monitor stakeholder engagement efforts for ongoing projects.
