Renewable Energy Technician
Location: Glasgow / Central Belt
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience, training and competency level)
Hours: 40 hours per week

We're looking for enthusiastic Renewable Energy Technicians to support the delivery of Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump projects across the UK
Whether you already have experience within the sector or are looking to build your renewable energy career, this role offers structured training, development and clear progression opportunities
The Role
Supporting our installation teams, you will assist with renewable energy projects, helping to install, maintain and commission low-carbon technology solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump installations
- Supporting qualified engineers and supervisors on-site
- Completing maintenance and service activities
- Ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Attending training and development programmes
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Practical experience in electrical, plumbing, maintenance or construction environments advantageous
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
