Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly sanitizing surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures in accordance with company protocols
- Manage waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied and areas are kept clutter-free
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to the supervisor for immediate resolution
- Use janitorial equipment correctly and maintain it in good working order to ensure optimal performance
- Support additional cleaning tasks during special events or as directed by management to meet operational needs
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in professional environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness across all designated areas
- Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues effectively
