Limited-Time £1,000 Welcome Bonus for Full-Time Starters
To support our continued growth, we are currently offering a £1,000 Welcome Bonus for all eligible full-time employees who join Community Interest Care before 1 September 2026.
The bonus is paid in stages to reward successful onboarding and long-term commitment:
- £250 upon successful completion of probation
- £250 after 6 months of continuous service
- £500 after 12 months of continuous service

The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support people to live independently and stay connected to their local communities.
This may include providing companionship and emotional support, encouraging hobbies and interests, personal care and assistance with medication.
This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to someone's life every day.
About You
We are looking for people who are kind, reliable and passionate about supporting others.
Experience is welcome but not essential. If you are new to care, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Welsh language skills would be an advantage but are not required.
