Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of a single private residence for a family of soon to be 6. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service. Times
- We are looking for someone to be at the property from 9am-1pm on Mondays and 9am-11am Tuesday to Friday
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, and polish furniture as required
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organising clothing and linens
- Restock household supplies and toiletries as needed
- Ensure waste is properly disposed of and recycling is sorted appropriately
- Maintain organisation of storage areas and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained
- Adhere to health and safety standards during all cleaning activities
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks if required, including deep cleans or specialised sanitisation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeper roles is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards confidentiality and discretion
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively throughout the shift
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is advantageous
