WAITING STAFF - PRIME LOCATION - HOME COUNTIES - COMPETITIVE SALARY
A unique opportunity for experienced waiting staff to join our Front of House team at Pluma restaurant in Old Amersham.
After achieving some industry recognition being awarded our second AA rosette in 2024 and retaining them for 2025and 2026, now we feel that we are established in identity and quality.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a long-term, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This position is available from mid-August.
Responsibilities
- Ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Setting up and clearing down after service.
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of all bar sales/food operations.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant and bar at all times.
