Join Our Light Commercial Vehicle technical team
Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced LCV Technician to strengthen our workshop team and support our growing customer base.
Working with a range of premium vehicles, including Mercedes Benz, MAN / Crafter, Volkswagen, Fiat Ducato vans, you’ll be involved in servicing, diagnostics, repairs, vehicle preparation, and accessory installations. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive technician who enjoys a diverse workload and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

About the Role
Reporting to the Directors and Workshop Team Leader, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for sale, carrying out servicing and repairs, diagnosing faults, and installing a wide range of vehicle accessories and upgrades.
You’ll be joining a friendly, professional workshop team where technical expertise, attention to detail, and pride in your work are genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Servicing, Preparation & Installations
- General vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and vehicle preparation
- Software updates and diagnostic work
- Mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair
- Alloy wheel upgrades and tyre fitting
- Accessory installations and vehicle enhancements
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive, LCV Technician
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Experience working with modern vehicle systems and accessories
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Good IT and diagnostic software skills
