Floor Supervisor – Wunderbar City Centre
Wunderbar is a lively, weird and wonderful late night venue in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. With great drinks, live sport, music and an electric atmosphere, we're all about creating unforgettable nights for our guests.
We're looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to bring energy, personality and exceptional hospitality to every shift.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the floor team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Supporting the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Lead and motivate the team to maximise sales through confident upselling of food and drinks, encouraging exceptional product knowledge.
- Supervising, motivating and developing the team while maintaining high service standards.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and confidently.
- Assisting with the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock management.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within a busy bar, pub or late-night hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A confident, proactive approach with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience driving sales and upselling is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and night shifts.
