I'm looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join me at Harrison Sands.
I've specialised in Rec2Rec since 2015, recruiting across the Construction, Mission Critical, Data Centre and Technology sectors. My desk is busy, my clients are established, and I'm looking for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment just as much as I do.
This isn't a role where you'll be expected to spend your day cold calling clients or chasing business.
Your focus will be identifying great recruiters, building relationships, managing processes and helping candidates secure the right opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing experienced recruiters across multiple specialist markets.
- Proactively headhunting passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
- Managing candidate relationships from initial conversation through to offer stage.
- Working closely with me on live vacancies across an established client base.
- Building talent pipelines and becoming an expert within your markets.
- Supporting candidates throughout the interview process, offering advice and feedback along the way.
What I'm looking for
- Recruitment experience - atleast 12 months
- Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
- Confident headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple recruitment processes.
- A team player who wants to learn, develop and become a key part of a growing desk.
What's on offer
- £29,000–£35,000 basic salary depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission.
