As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Service Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Success team on a fixed-term of 15 months, with the opportunity for a permanent contract being offered at the end of the fixed term.

About the Role
This role plays a key part in helping our customers keep their pumping systems safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.
Working closely with our engineers and Customer Success team, you'll engage with existing customers following service visits to discuss recommended remedial works, equipment upgrades, replacement solutions, and maintenance opportunities.
You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, following up on quotations, identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue from our existing customer base, and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience throughout their journey with us.
Alongside this commercial focus, you'll support service scheduling, customer communications, and administrative activities that help keep our operations running smoothly.
This position would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with customers, and working towards sales goals in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Growth
- Follow up remedial works, repair recommendations, and upgrade opportunities identified by our service engineers.
- Contact existing customers to discuss quotations and proposed solutions.
- Help customers understand the benefits of recommended works and upgrades.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell servicing, remedial works, equipment upgrades, and replacement systems.
- Re-engage inactive or lapsed customers to generate new service and sales opportunities.
- Follow up quotations and proposals to maximise conversion rates.
- Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales process.
- Support the achievement of departmental sales and revenue targets.
Customer Success & Service Coordination
- Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a positive start to their journey with us.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate engineer calendars efficiently.
- Liaise with customers and field engineers to ensure appointments and follow-up works are completed successfully.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Assist in resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
Administration & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, quotations, and activities within Salesforce.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure customer information remains up to date.
- Support data cleansing and data quality initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Attributes

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in sales support, customer success, account management, customer service, or administration.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Experience working within a service, engineering, facilities management, or technical environment.
- Experience following up quotations or supporting sales activities.
No previous pump industry experience is required, as full training will be provided.
