We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Polisher on behalf of a well-established Jewellery Manufacturing company based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
- Polishing and finishing jewellery components to a high standard.
- Working with precious metals including gold, silver, and platinum.
- Using polishing motors, mops, compounds, and specialist hand-finishing tools.
- Removing surface imperfections and preparing items for final inspection.
- Achieving a high-quality finish while maintaining product specifications.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Handling delicate jewellery pieces with precision and care.
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Metal Polisher within a jewellery manufacturing environment.
- Experience polishing precious metal jewellery to a high-quality finish.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
- Ability to work accurately with delicate and high-value items.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a skilled production team.
