We’re growing our team in Newtownards and are looking for either:
- An experienced Hearing Care Assistant looking for their next opportunity, or
- Someone with no hearing care experience who would love to start a completely new career.
No experience? No problem.
If you’re great with people, eager to learn and want a career where you can genuinely make a difference, we can train you to become a Hearing Care Assistant.
The Role
Based in Newtownards, you’ll become part of our growing hearing care team, helping us provide brilliant care and service to our clients.
Depending on your experience and training, your role will develop to include:
- Supporting clients throughout their hearing care journey
- Hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting our audiologists and wider clinical team
- Developing your knowledge and clinical skills
- Building relationships with our clients
For someone new to hearing care, we’ll provide the training, support and development you need to build your skills and become a qualified Hearing Care Assistant.
And for the right person, that doesn’t have to be where your career stops – there will also be the opportunity to work towards becoming a Hearing Aid Dispenser in the future.

Who Are We Looking For?
You do NOT need previous hearing care experience.
We’re more interested in finding the right person.
You could already be a Hearing Care Assistant, or you might currently work in retail, healthcare, customer service, optics, hospitality or something completely different.
