Springmount Notts Ltd is a growing cleaning and hygiene services provider delivering high‑quality commercial cleaning solutions across Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Cleaning & Hygiene Services Manager, supporting the expansion of our client base and ensuring the smooth delivery of cleaning projects.
This role is ideal for recent graduates with some prior experience in a similar operational, service delivery, or business development role who are ready to take on greater responsibility within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s client base and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business leads across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service expectations and contractual obligations are met.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of cleaning projects to ensure high standards and timely completion.
- Monitor service performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources, manage schedules, and maintain service quality.
- Prepare reports on project performance, client engagement, and business development activities.
About You
- A recent graduate in business, management, operations, facilities management, or a related field.
- Some experience in a similar role (e.g., operations support, service delivery, client management, business development, or facilities/cleaning services).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with both client‑facing and operational responsibilities.
- Interested in service delivery, contract management, and business growth.
