A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – Communities Directorate Support to lead and develop our Directorate Support Unit, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality administrative, operational and strategic support across Communities services.

In this role you will:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Directorate Support Unit
Support, coach and develop staff performance and wellbeing
Oversee complaints, FOI requests and member enquiries
Manage communications with councillors, partners and residents
Ensure effective business support for meetings, consultations and projects
Drive improvements in systems, processes and performance reporting

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
