Due to the exciting expansion of our Hamworthy setting and our move into a brand-new premises, we are growing our team and introducing a dedicated baby room. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Baby Room Lead to join us and help us create a nurturing, engaging and high-quality environment for our youngest children. - Stat date would ideally be Monday the 5th of October 2026
Candidate must have previous experience in a baby room and hold the relevant qualification. Responsibilities will include executing fun and stimulating planning for under twos. Thinking of creative and exciting sensory opportunities. Being able to offer outdoor learning opportunities and adapting these to a younger age range. Being in charge of a small team and overseeing the daily smooth running of a baby room.
The applicant must hold a level 3 qualification minimum, and have experience with babies.
The successful candidate must have a vision and initiative to support the running of the nursery. We would require the applicant to hold close our own values and ethos and promote these in the nursery. They include professional development, parent partnerships and outdoor inspired learning. The role is full time all year round 4 days a week with one day off, working pattern would be - 2 days 8am-6pm and 2 days 8am - 4pm
