The role
-
Leading diagnostics and fault-finding across a wide range of vehicles
-
Carrying out high-level repairs and technical work to manufacturer standards
-
Working closely with the Workshop Controller to maintain efficiency and productivity
-
Ensuring accurate and thorough job card completion and reporting
-
Supporting quality control and maintaining high workshop standards

Carrying out vehicle health checks (EVHC) and identifying additional work
What we’re looking for
-
Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
-
Proven experience in advanced diagnostics and complex repair work

MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)

Strong leadership or mentoring capability
-
High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
-
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume workshop
-
Full UK driving licence
