APPRENTICE SKILLS & DEVELOPMENT COACH- FABRICATION/ WELDING (37 Hours)
Salary: £27,071 0 to £31,031 dependent upon qualifications and experience

If you are an experienced Welding / Fabrication Professional with a gift for assessing, mentoring and coaching others in business, or if looking for a new rewarding challenge, we would love to hear from you.
As an assessor you will be visiting apprentices in the workplace or remotely via Microsoft Teams, carrying out reviews of progress and supporting apprentices to End Point Assessment.
You will have a sound work record in the industry and be able to support apprentices with the latest sector legislation and practice.
Owing to the continued planned development our offer in the future, the ideal candidate will have the ability to support Apprentices on welding and fabrication standards and will be an integral part of the development.
It is essential that applicants possess relevant occupational qualifications and substantial work experience in the trade sector you apply for.
Ideally, you will possess assessor/verifier qualifications; however, this is not essential as full training and development can be provided.
