We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team at Waterloo House Care Home. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning residents' bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and offices.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.
- Following infection prevention and control procedures.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Working as part of the wider care home team to ensure residents' comfort and wellbeing.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning or domestic experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

We work on a two week rota, this does include weekend work. There is always opportunity to pick up extra hours, by covering sickness and holidays.
