Global CoRe is a shared service within Deloitte Global, providing fundamental services to Deloitte People around the world: Knowledge Services, Creative Services, Contact Center, Procurement and Strategic Insights Center. We deliver essential capabilities that save time, convey insights, minimize risk, enhance client service delivery, solve problems, and contribute to Deloitte’s success.

Work you'll do

Drive consultative discussions with stakeholders across the Deloitte network to gauge their current and future needs, suggesting alternatives and designing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse customer groups

Apply advanced research methodologies and frameworks to develop consultative, insight-led solutions

Analyze complex datasets and market signals to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, partnerships, and growth pathways across industries

You will take ownership of workstreams, deepen stakeholder relationships, and help shape the narrative on critical business topics.

Manage projects across various industries, developing research plans, methodologies, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders

Present crisp and actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership, with an acute focus on the "so what" for Deloitte's clients and businesses

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects following best practices in project and time management, while always adhering to quality guidelines

Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations

Engage confidently with global stakeholders, moving relationships beyond transactional interactions to trusted advisor status

Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, STEM)

Proven experience in research, consulting, or professional services environments

Proficiency in one or more industries, in terms of understanding business and value chains, benchmarks, and trends
Core Skills & Capabilities:

Understanding of one or more industries

Key business drivers, value chains, and regulatory dynamics shaping each. Ability to quickly build working knowledge of unfamiliar sectors and apply cross-sector insights to identify parallels, transferable trends, and growth opportunities across markets
Technical & Research Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Solid research skills and familiarity with research databases (e.g. Capital IQ, Factiva, Refinitiv, EMIS). Exposure to data visualization or analytics tools is beneficial
Project & Delivery Management
- Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and quality across multiple deliverables. Strong attention to detail, high level of project ownership, and a track record of executing high-impact projects and initiatives
Strategic Thinking & Analysis
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. Experience identifying trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities
Consultative & Stakeholder Management Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to drive business growth. Experience increasing team visibility by proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders
Communication & Storytelling

Exceptional business writing and report writing skills, with the ability to distil complex information into concise, executive-ready narratives

Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
Problem Solving & Comfort with Ambiguity
- Experience working with loosely defined problems and building hypothesis-led approaches. Ability to propose creative, well-reasoned solutions
Innovation & Digital Awareness

Hands-on experience working with Generative AI tools, with fluency in prompting techniques; exposure to prompt engineering is an added advantage

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
