Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage services, ensuring impeccable standards, driving revenue growth, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
- Oversee daily operations, including restaurant, bar, events, and in-room dining
- Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
- Drive guest satisfaction, handling feedback and continuously improving service
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Implement creative strategies to enhance revenue and guest engagement
About You
- Proven experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Passion for fine dining, wines, and luxury hospitality trends
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in both service delivery and operational processes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
