Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly of complex drivetrain products
Taking full ownership of assigned jobs or processes, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
Working safely, accurately, and efficiently to maximise productivity and quality
Skills
Essential:
A mechanical and logical approach to problem solving
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also using initiative when working independently
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
Mechanical background with knowledge of drivetrain components
Previous experience in an engineering or assembly environment
Training & Development
Full training provided, with ongoing support from our experienced in house fitting team
