Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools to clean windows at different heights, including using ladders, scaffolding, or harnesses when necessary
- Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storing equipment properly after use
- Inspect work sites prior to starting to identify potential hazards or access issues
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards for streak-free results
- Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for transportation between sites
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably using ladders or scaffolding
- Good physical stamina and strength to stand, climb, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning equipment
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
